How We Work
We employ layers of thorough screening stages to vet candidates effectively. The sections below summarize our world-class recruitment process.
To formally start the application process, we evaluate the candidates through an initial interview conducted over the phone. In this stage, we assess their communication and interpersonal skills and gather information on their work experience and technical skills.
2. Test Assessment
Relying on CVs to gauge a candidate’s technical know-how is not enough. For this reason, we let our pre-screened candidates take knowledge-based coding challenges to adequately assess the applicants’ skills. This test also gives us other helpful information such as performance predictions.
3. In-person/Video Interview
Our technical recruiters will then schedule our applicant for a face-to-face interview. This could be done in a physical setup or through a Skype interview.
This gives us more insights into how our applicants carry themselves and interact with our recruiters in a more professional environment.
4. Technical Screening
We understand the fact that our clients have specific technical needs for their IT project, and we want to help them find the right talent for it. To be able to do this, one of our senior technical resources versed in the requested skill set will conduct a detailed interview with the candidates.
This stage is where we give our applicants skill-based interview questions and challenges.
5. Information Verification
Once they pass through the first four stages of the screening process, the candidates’ information will be submitted to AccuSource for a basic background check. This includes educational background and employment credentials.
We also practice verification of H1B Visa holders, Green Cards, TN-1, and the like.
